Match Match Agency was founded by psychologist and relationship coach Anna Vorobeva, alongside Mila Henderson, a doctor and marketing expert with experience working with high-net-worth individuals.

With years of experience abroad and working with men from North and South America and Western Europe, we combine expertise in relationship psychology, marketing, and Slavic dating culture. This allows us to create lasting connections between Western men and Eastern European women, building happy, successful couples.

Mila Henderson

Co-founder, matchmaker, marketer

Began her career as a dentist in Moscow and found love through a matchmaking agency, marrying an American.
After living in five countries and traveling to 30+, transitioned to marketing for high-net-worth clients and event organizing.
Partners with Anna to connect successful men with intelligent, loyal, and family-oriented Slavic women, creating lasting relationships.
